We know a superstore can be a lot to take in, so we've compiled all the answers to the questions you have in mind, before you ask them!

  1. Q: How much is your membership fee and what are the requirements?

    A: We have two types of memberships: premium membership and business membership.

    • Premium or personal memberships have an annual fee of Php 800. You may avail of one extension card for an additional Php 400. If you wish to apply for a business membership, the annual fee is Php 1,000. You may avail up to 4 extension cards for an additional ₱400 each. Memberships are valid for 12 months and may be renewed annually. Your membership card will be honored at all landers stores.

    • We require 2 valid IDs for both types of memberships but for the business membership, we also require business documents (e.g. Mayor's permit, SEC reg.)

  2. Q: How much is the renewal fee?

    A:

    • Premium membership - Php 800

    • Business membership - Php 1,000

    • Extension - Php 400

  3. Q: What is the difference between the premium membership and the business membership?

    A: The premium membership is for individuals and for personal use only. The business membership is for businesses like sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, cooperatives and non-profit organizations.

  4. Q: How do I become a member?

    A: You can download the membership form here, print it out and fill it up. Then you may visit our Balintawak, Otis, or Cebu branch to submit the form. The membership offices are open from Monday to Sunday from 9AM to 9PM. You may also request someone from our canvassing team to visit your residence or place of work to collect the form. For the details, you may contact our Otis branch at 819-7045, our Balintawak branch at 819-7040, or our Cebu branch at 232-0594. Please remember to bring two (2) valid IDs. If you are applying for the business membership, you also need to bring a copy of your business registration or business permit together with your valid IDs.

  5. Q: Can non-members buy from Landers?

    A: No, they can't. Only registered members with Landers membership cards are allowed to enter the stores and purchase items. Non-members who wish to go inside must register first, pay the membership fees and be a member before they can enter the selling/dining area to shop.
  6. Q: How many people can accompany a member inside the store?

    A: A registered Landers member can bring a maximum of 5 adult non-members as his guest. Children are not counted and can come along freely.

  7. Q: What are the benefits of being a member?

    A: At Landers, we offer our guests a blissful shopping experience in the wide and well-lit aisles of our superstore. We serve delectable dishes in our very own diner (Landers Central), bakery (Dough and Co.), and coffee shop (Doppio). We offer a wide array of imported goods and treasure finds which can only be found at Landers. We also give free haircuts in our Otis branch's barbershop called Federal Barbers. We have Caltex stations exclusive to Landers members which give P2.00 discount per liter of gas and to top it all up, the heartfelt service from our staff is like no other.

  8. Q: Can I use my card in other Landers Superstores?

    A: Your Landers membership card can be used at any Landers Store nationwide.

  9. Q: What are your operating hours?

    A: Our stores operate from 9AM to 9PM. Our Caltex stations are open from 7AM to 10PM.

  10. Q: How can I differentiate a legit canvasser from a fake one?

    A: When you are visited by an agent claiming to be from Landers Superstore, always take note of the following:

    • Is he or she in the official Landers uniform?
    • Does he or she wear an official Landers ID?
    • Does he or she issue an official Landers receipt upon payment?
    • When still in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us.
